With large scale projects, such as an addition, or large interior remodel, Mares Contracting takes a design-build approach. We will provide an initial estimate based on typical building products and final finishes and fixtures.
As a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), we have been trained in the unique needs of the older adult population, aging in place home modifications, common remodeling projects, and solutions to common barriers.
